ACHE Canada Annual Business Meeting, March 8, 2018

The annual business meeting of the Canadian Chapter will be held by teleconference on Thursday March 8, 2018, beginning at 0900 Pacific/1000 Mountain/1100 Central/1200 Eastern/1300 Atlantic/1330 Newfoundland time. Call details will be provided closer to the meeting date.

The purpose of the Business Meeting will be to review the annual activities of the Canadian Chapter and present the slate of Officers and Committee Chairs for 2018-2019. The following vacancies will be filled in 2018:
• Ontario – 2 positions
• PEI/NB/NS/NFLD & Labrador – 1 position
• MB/SK/NWT/YK/Nunavut – 1 position
• Quebec – 1 position
• Alberta – 1 position

If you are interested in serving on a Canadian Chapter committee or board, please submit a Letter of Intent to Danielle Swerhone, by 5 pm MST, December 15, 2017.

Please note:
• All incumbents are eligible for re-election
• Interested individuals must be Members, Fellows or Life Fellows in good standing with ACHE to be eligible for nomination.
• Individuals may self-nominate or be nominated by any Affiliate of the Canadian Chapter of ACHE
• Individuals must be working in the jurisdiction in which they are seeking nomination
• Directors will be elected by the Chapter Affiliates working in the respective jurisdictions.
• Affiliates are assigned to a jurisdiction based on their business address. Affiliates who are uncertain about their membership status, jurisdiction or would like additional information about the responsibilities of a Director may contact Danielle Swerhone, Chair, Nominations Committee, Canadian Chapter of ACHE at dswerhone@gmail.com.
• New Directors will each serve a two-year term on the Chapter Board of Directors beginning 5 March 2018
