Chapter File Upload Form
Use this form to upload general content files associated with your ACHE-hosted chapter website. Guidelines are shown below.
Upload File Guidelines
This form facilitates an ACHE Chapter to upload content files to their ACHE-hosted website. ACHE HQ will process them and integrate them into the website. The file types allowed are listed above. If you require larger audio and video files, they will need to be coordinated with the ACHE IT Department.

Logos, diagrams, and graphic images in JPG, PNG formats.

Chapter photos of events, speakers, group gatherings, news items, awards, etc. in JPG, PNG, or Apple iPhone HEIC formats.
