Regent Awards for Canada
The Regent’s Award for Canada recognizes those ACHE members in healthcare leadership positions who are committed to excellence in their service to their healthcare organizations, community volunteer groups, or the Canadian Chapter of ACHE. Awards are presented annually at a Chapter Fall event.
Please consider submitting a nomination for yourself or a Chapter member. Below are the criteria:
Early Career Healthcare Executive Award
• A member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE)
• Demonstration of leadership ability
• Demonstration of innovative and creative management
• Executive capability in developing his or her organization and promoting its growth and stature in the community
• Participation in local, state, or provincial hospital and health association activities
• Participation in civic/community activities and projects
• Demonstration of participation in ACHE activities and interest in assisting ACHE in achieving its objectives
Senior-Level Healthcare Executive Award
• A Fellow of ACHE
• A CEO, COO, or other senior-level executive title within the organization
• Demonstration of leadership ability
• Demonstration of innovative and creative management
• Executive capability in developing his or her organization and promoting its growth and stature in the community
• Contributions to the development of others in the healthcare profession
• Demonstration of leadership in local, state, or provincial hospital and health association activities
• Participation in civic/community activities and projects
• Demonstration of participation in ACHE activities and interest in assisting ACHE in achieving its objectives
Chapter Service Awards
The ACHE Recognition Program celebrates members’ commitment to the healthcare management profession. Recognition is bestowed based on specific volunteer activities that demonstrate leadership and contributions to furthering professional excellence. All active ACHE members are eligible to be recognized.
Points accrue through volunteer activities performed in a convocation year (April–March) and are cumulative from year to year. For more information on award levels, please click here.
